Back in October I went to Bali with my friend Jo. We wanted to explore the island so followed the regular tourist trail to Ubud. It was somewhat busier with tourists than expected, but it was still full of hidden jems.
As our first stop in Bali I got started on taking lots of photos using different settings. There were so many opportunities to capture little moments of Balinese life, you may have seen my photo challenge post which was one of those moments.
These photos are a selection of those I took in Ubud, there is one of the homestay which we stayed in (don’t be deceived it is not a temple!), there are a couple of macros from a couple of temples we visited, there are some of the ladies providing offerings in the temple in the middle of the market in Ubud and some of the Balinese traditional dance which was to what I can only describe as ‘traditional’ beat boxing. I thought it was brilliant!
The techy bit – I actually photo-shopped these photos to enhance the clarity and also did some cropping and colour enhancing, nothing advance but they are my first really edited selection of photos. Enjoy!

Beautiful photos. Glad you took us along through your photography.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
